St. Lawrence Church will hold a Garage Sale at St. Lawrence Hall on Friday, May 26th from 1 - 7 pm and again on Saturday, May 27th from 8 am - 2 pm.
There will be furniture, household items, craft supplies, toys, books and more.
There will also be a bake sale.
Drop by and find some new treasures for your home.
The 47th Northern Juried Art Show is being hosted from June 19-24, in Thompson.
Categories include: Painting, watercolor, drawing and printmaking, crafts, fibre art, photography, sculpture and youth.
How to enter:
* Registration forms are available at mallofthearts.com
* Complete a registration form for each piece of art.
* Send registration form and entry fees by June 2nd. You can email them to: northernjuriedartshow@gmail.com
* Deliver art to your depot by June 5th. Art must be in Thompson by June 12th.
* All art must be original to the artist.
There will be an Artist Reception, Awards Ceremony and Art Show on June 22nd.

The Lutheran-United Church will hold a Giant Rummage Sale on Saturday, May 27th from 9 am to 1 pm at 52 Caribou Road.
A food concession will be available.
Donations will be accepted Wednesday and Thursday, May 24th and 25th from 4 to 6 pm at the back door.
If there is still room they may accept donations on Friday, but please call first to check.
They especially encourage seasonal items in clean / good repair.
Do not leave items outside the church. No drop-offs on sale day please.
