Dino-vember Events are taking place throughout the month of November at the Thompson Public Library! Come to the Thompson Public Library and enjoy all kinds of fun activities!
Every Tuesday, stop by the library around 11:15am for Storytime. Every Saturday except for Remembrance Day, the Library will be having Storytime starting at 10:30am and Pokemon card games starting at Noon.
A Stem Day event will take place on Wednesday, November 8th. Join them for an afternoon of coding and tie-dye making! This event is for ages 6 to 12. The coding will be from 4pm to 5pm and the tie dye will be from 5pm to 7pm.
A Winter Slime event will take place on Wednesday, November 15th starting at 4:30pm. This event is for ages 6 to 12.
A Hatching Dinosaur craft event will take place on Wednesday, November 22nd starting at 4:30pm. The event is for ages 5 to 10.
A Dinosaur Feet craft event will take place on Saturday, November 25th starting at 4:30pm. This event is for ages 3 to 8.
A Snowflake craft event will take place on Wednesday, November 29th starting at 4:30pm. The event is for ages 6 and up.

Join the Canadian Mental Health Association & the Thompson Crisis Centre in the Wapanohk Elementary Gymnasium on November 18th from 12pm to 2:30pm for a Winter Clothing Giveaway!
Both organizations will be giving away winter items for men, women and children. Items include jackets, ski pants. socks, mitts, hats, scarves and more.
There will also be free hot dogs and bottled water being handed out at the event.
