The 48th Northern Juried Art Show will be taking place at the University College of the North in The Pas on March 21st to March 23rd.
Catergories for the art show includes: painting, watercolour, drawing & printmaking, fibre art, 3-dimensional art, photography and a youth group for ages 9 to 17. The special theme category is Northern Pulse.
The deadline for people wishing to enter the Art Show is March 8th, 2024. There is a $20 entry fee for anyone over the age of 17. No charge for youth ages 9 to 17. Entry forms are available on their website: www.northernjuriedartshow.ca

In addition, if you are thinking of getting your GED, your last chance to write the test in Thompson is March 26th and March 27th. If you haven’t applied, the application deadline is March 5th. If you have applied and would like some extra tutoring, Steps for Success will be offering free GED prep until March 22nd.
