Math in the Workplace: May 17th, 10am- 3pm

Canadian Adult Education Credential Prep: Thursday evenings, 8pm- 10pm
Basic Computer Level 1 or Level 2: Wednesday and Thursday evenings, exact dates and times to be announced once 12 people register.
Adult Driver's Ed Registration for fall classes will be held weekdays from May 27th to June 7th, 8am- 2:30pm.
The Thompson CMHA will be hosting a variety of events from May 6th to May 10th in honour of Mental Health Week!
The Schedule goes as follows:
Monday, May 6th: Self Care Day! Join the CMHA at their Connections Club-house from 1:30pm- 3:30pm for an afternoon full of self care activities, healthy snacks and drinks and access to our on-site gym!
Tuesday, May 7th: Mental Health Maze! CMHA will have an onsite Mental Health Maze where people have the opportunity to learn about their programs and services that the CMHA has to offer. The maze will be operating from 1:30pm- 3:00pm. Everyone is welcome!
Wednesday, May 8th: Front Yard Game Day! Go to the CMHA between 1:00pm and 3:30pm to participate in a game of volleyball, badminton, face paintings, and many more activities while enjoying some freezies, snacks and drinks.
Thursday, May 9th: Walk of Kindness! Starting at the CMHA at 1:30pm. Water bottles will be provided and participants are encouraged to wear something green.
CMHA Hamilton will be hosting a virtual Talk About Mental Health presentation hosted on Zoom where people with lived experiences will be sharing their insights on how compassion impacts recovery. This event will be between 11am and 12pm. Those looking to register can do so on Eventbrite@CMHAHamilton
Friday, May 10th: Mental Health Week Wrap-Up BBQ! The local CMHA team will be giving away a free lunch of hotdogs and drinks! Everything in their Charlie's Thrift Store will be free! This event will take place from 10:30am- 1:30pm

The annual Knights of Columbus Track meet will take place at the C.A Nesbitt Arena at the TRCC this Friday.
Students from grades 4 to 8 will participate in a variety of track and field events, with competition beginning at 8:30am. All schools in the School District of Mystery Lake will take part, along with students from La Voie du Nord.
Opening ceremonies will take place at 6:30pm, Friday with event finals and overall trophy presentation to follow.
Come on out and cheer on the athletes and support them as they compete on behalf of their schools.
