YWCA Steps to Success June Courses

YWCA is offering free training opportunities through their Steps to Success program. Steps to Success is offering a variety of courses throughout the month of June.

 

Excel: June 3rd- 6th, 10am- 12pm

PowerPoint: June 7th, 9am- 3pm

Proposal Writing (in person and on-line): June 10th, 9am- 3pm

Safe Food Handling: June 11th, 12th or 13th, 3pm- 4pm.
Limited Spaces, no pre-registration, first come, first served.

Smart Choices: Alcohol or Cannabis: June 11th, 12th or 13th, 3pm- 4pm. Limited Spaces, no pre-registration, first come, first served.

Learner's Permit Prep: June 14th, 9am- 3pm at Burntwood School. 24 participants. Lunch included.

Working with Fractions: June 17th, 9am- 3pm

Working with Decimals: June 18th, 9am- 3pm

Working with Percent: June 19th, 9am- 3pm

Writing out Loud: June 20th, 10am- 12pm

Manitoba Labour Standards: June 21st, 10am- 12pm

City Council Public Hearing

The City of Thompson Council will present its financial plan for the fiscal year 2024 at a public hearing to be held on Thursday, June 13th starting at 7pm in Council Chambers at City Hall.

 

The City Council will hear any person who wishes to make a representation, ask questions or register an objection to the financial plan, as provided.
