Escape your everyday routine and enjoy a 2-hour guided snowshoe excursion on the Rabbit Trail. We'll begin our adventure along the shores of Amisk Lake before heading up onto a limestone ridge. As we snowshoe through stands of spruce, birch, balsam, tamarack, and willow, you will learn about the snowshoe hare, which calls the boreal forest its home. You'll discover how to identify its tracks, learn why it’s not a rabbit, and may even spot one hopping through the forest! After our excursion, we'll return to camp to relax with hot chocolate by the crackling fire.
